As I was saying, I cruised behind the BMW, waiting for it to get the hell outta my lane. I did not high-beam or honk, I just drove behind, patiently waiting for the driver to realise that. To illustrate my point, refer to the picture below.
So the BMW had 1/3 of the vehicle's width on my lane, and there i was behind in my not as classy/big/luxurious Toyota.
This went on from Bishan Fire station all the way through till Mediacorp. So as patient as I was, I was pretty on the edge, probably having a bad day. I dunno. So finally, we approached the traffic light. I think the BMW driver realised me "tailgating" so it went back to its correct lane. So i drove up (red light) and naturally turned my head to see how the idiot looked like.
And guys, yes, it was a woman.
But thats not all, she's a small woman. Look at the picture below.
She was practically sitting at the edge of her seat, trying to stretch her body so that she'd be able to see the road in front of her. It was a BMW 6 series and you know how BMW 6ers get a little huge by the sides. So to top that all up, she was wearing the largest sunglasses looking all cool and that. I got Sanny to be the real life example of how I saw the woman sitting.
Ok, i think its clear enough. I know she's able to afford the car and all, but it seems like she's really uncomfortable. Granted its a BMW but still, the lane hogging shit I don' t think she realises it. The bloody car is too bloody big, and sooner or later, her existence on the road may pose a danger to other drivers.
I know the girls would claim male chauvinism, and the guys would support me on how poor a driver females are. I do believe not all female drivers are like that and I do know of some very good female drivers.
A BMW is a very nice car, but you do have to be able to carry it and not everyone has the ability. It merely makes you look rich being able to afford the car and all that but you'd look retarded driving such a big car with that size.
Perhaps you guys have been in situations like that ?
