Nobody is perfect, lose the judgement

I've always thought that my current job wasn't hard at all .. less for the shitty pay and 6 day week, its not such a bad job actually ..

Together with my managers, we've been through lots of shit .. underage hire, overpaying wages, underpaying as well, unorganised leave, shattered doors, hectic events well unprepared, a series of incidents happening back to back, incident reports, industrial accident report, closing files, handling UPL people, retaining people of no calibre due to the lack of staff, failing to retain those who show promise, being screwed by guests .. the list goes on ..

We work as a team, without the help of my assistant managers, I'm just a struggling leader, unable to proudly raise my head to our bosses and claim that Vivo is the best place to work amongst all 24 possible places.

Although we all have our own weaknesses, helping each other out makes a whole lot of difference .. remember how an army of ants can kill a lion, or bundled up chopsticks multiply strength when bonded .. and all those other inspirational shit..

We each have our moment of weakness and weird quirks.. We do something wrong at times.. I always believe in one thing, as long as its not killing or unlawful (the bad kind) stuff, there is always chance for a new beginning.. We accept the consequences for our actions and no matter how bad it is, we need to face what we've done with whatever courage is left in our souls..

Nobody is perfect .. everybody makes mistake .. and if I ever make one, I know I'll stand up and admit my mistake and hope I'm given a second chance ..

I guess the reason for this post is to say that I won't judge .. as much as it is hard not to .. I promise I won't coz it is already hard enough for the one at fault to bear everything on his/her shoulders ..
